The only way I managed to get the site to work was by setting the VPN to England: it loaded immediately and I was able to register. I have sent the documents for identity verification. @Iliya Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, I’ve already tried, but access to the site is automatically blocked directly by the Swiss state. So there’s no way to access it.
